Workshop Outline

Before a problem can be solved, it needs to be clearly identified and then concisely and accurately stated. Identifying the real problem is, of course, vitally important. Often, time is wasted trying to solve the wrong problem, or problems of low priority. This workshop covers creative and practical techniques for identifying problems and effective approaches to solving them.
